This long-term cyclic structuring of training consistently evaluates an individuals lifestyle, external influences, training age and goals alongside fatigue management, helping to reduce the risk of over-training.

No matter the goal, it would be naive to think one or two hours of generic training per week alone can drive superior adaptations.
